almhof Chalets welcomes you  to the Orange River Valley in Kakamas, where vineyards, Palm trees and citrus surround the area, the contrast route; with delicious wines, dried fruit, friendly people, local art and breath taking sunsets. We want our guests to stay in Kakamas to experience the peace, beauty and  absolute warmth, not just that of the sun but the hospitality of the ‘platte land’.

Palmhof Chalets offers you, our guest, more than just an overnight visit.

We have achieved to accommodate up to 50 guests in a comfortable and homely environment and go to extreme lengths to keep our guests happy.
Our plans and dreams have however not yet stopped here. We recently expanded our Complex with four B&B units as well as a Lapa area and upgraded the swimming pool area. Groups can now comfortably be accommodated and entertained.  Meals are done on request, from ‘n buffet breakfast to a home cooked meal for dinner or a special menu that we prepare for you.  Groups are welcome to put in their requests.
