- Rates may change without prior notice.
- All rooms are checked for breakages before check-in time. If you find any breakages or a shortage of items, please contact the office immediately. If any breakages occur during your stay, you will be responsible for replacement fees.
Services & Facilities
At Palmhof Chalets, we would like to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one. Here are the services we offer to our guests:
Laundry
We offer a laundry service on the premises.
The laundry list is in the info booklet. Please count your laundry, fill in the list and sign.
Please note that laundry will not be washed if there isn’t a completed and signed list.
Cleaned laundry will be left in your unit.
Laundry service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is done on a daily basis and is free of charge.
We don’t do housekeeping on Sundays and Public holidays, unless requested by the guest.
Security
We have a small safe in each unit for those extra personal belongings. Please ask the office personnel to assist you if you want to make use of the safe.
A friendly and helpful security guard patrols the premises from 19:00 – 07:00 every day.
Swimming pool
We have a private swimming pool available during the hot summer months.
Please see the RULES for use of the swimming pool at the gate entrance to the pool.
We have braai facilities available at the pool area for your convenience.
Wi-Fi
A Wi-Fi password is available.
Pets
We are pet-friendly to friendly pets with prior arrangement when making a booking.
