Services & Facilities
At Palmhof Chalets, we would like to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one. Here are the services we offer to you, our guest.
Laundry
We have a laundry service available. You can obtain a laundry list and bag from the office. The list must be completed and left with laundry in your unit. No laundry will be taken in without a completed list or after 8:00.
The price includes washing and ironing. Clean laundry will be left in your unit. Payments can be done at the office before check-out.
Please note that our laundry services are available from Monday to Friday, NOT on weekends OR public holidays.
Housekeeping is done on a daily basis if the guest requires it and is a free service. Sundays we do not offer cleaning service unless requested by the guest.
Security
Palmhof Chalets is a historically safe complex. We have small electronic safes in each unit for those extra personal belongings. A friendly and helpful security guard patrols the premises from 19:00 – 07:00.
Swimming pool
We have a private swimming pool available during the hot summer months. We have braai facilities and a small lapa available in the pool area for your convenience.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi passwords can be collected at reception on request.
Pets
We are pet-friendly to friendly pets.
